The OSINT engagement produces verified contacts, call-ready numbers and multi-channel profiles. It doesn't send anything. Here are different ways to set the outreach up, and what each one costs.
What you need to know is already written down. Domains, mailboxes, authentication, warm-up, sequences: it is all in the infrastructure document, with the numbers, the timings and the real costs. You can run it internally.
What cannot be written down is experience: when to slow down, when to pull a mailbox, when a negative reply is a signal and when it is just noise. Domains, mailboxes and the platform stay yours and get reused indefinitely, so the real cost is not buying them, it is keeping them healthy every day. If that experience is already there on your side, all you need is for the infrastructure to start clean. If it is not, it is worth having it run for you.
Launch and Run answer the same question, the one about who runs the campaigns: Launch gets them going and hands them to you, Run keeps them entirely. Own answers a different question, which is whether the tool they run on becomes yours. These are two separate decisions: Own adds to Launch rather than replacing it, and taking Own still leaves you free to hand us the campaigns.
If you take the platform and would rather not operate it, we maintain the campaigns for €1,000 a month on top of the €3,500. Lower than Run because you are paying for our time, not for access to our tooling.
We build the sending setup and the first campaigns, then hand them over already running. From there you drive them. No platform to buy, nothing monthly.
You can do this part yourselves. The cold email document is written for exactly that. The cover is the part that's hard to replicate in-house, because a bad warm-up doesn't surface until the campaign is already running.
Nothing for you to think about. We build the infrastructure, write the sequences, send and correct, month after month. The setup is included. Campaigns run in Instantly and the standard stack, so the platform is not part of this package: you are buying the work, not the tool.
Domains, mailboxes, authentication and warm-up take the first three to four weeks, with cold sending switched off. Full volume starts in the second month.
The first version of LeadGenOS is already yours, and it is idle. It did the minimum needed to get campaigns out and leaned on N8N for everything else. What we are proposing is a different thing: finding, enriching, writing, sending and following the reply happen in one place.
Four differences you feel every day:
Source scraping is billed separately, a few cents per hundred contacts, even when Claude triggers it. Enrichment spend moves onto a flat fee you already pay, instead of growing with the number of contacts.
Two numbers: €3,500 once for the platform, and €1,000 a month if you want us to run it. If you would rather run it yourself but still want the sending infrastructure built, that is Launch, and the two combine.
The price is paid once, and the platform does not end with this campaign. When you change segment, market or offer, the tool is already there: you reload it and start again.
You were the first client on this platform, and that first version shaped what it became. The €2,000 comes off for that, against a written case study and a reference we can show other clients.
This applies if the two projects start together, with both deposits paid at the go-ahead of the OSINT project. In that case the platform drops by €1,000 and the first month of maintenance is included. Running them in the same period costs us less too: they get built in parallel and the contacts land straight inside the platform. The included month is there so you are not left alone with a new tool in exactly the weeks that decide whether it becomes part of the day.
That is €4,000 less than a new client would pay today: €2,000 founding discount, €1,000 for combining the projects, and €1,000 of maintenance included.
The platform is yours, we operate it: sending infrastructure built and maintained, sequences iterated, sending managed, deliverability watched, monthly reporting. €500 less than Run, because you already own the tooling and are paying only for the work. Cancellable with 30 days notice.
All amounts include VAT.
Campaigns need the contacts first, so most of this quote moves when the OSINT project starts. Two things are worth settling before that.
The sending domains need buying now, in every scenario, because warm-up takes 3 to 4 weeks and nothing moves that date.
And if you want the platform at €2,500, that condition asks for both deposits to start together at the OSINT go-ahead. Decided later, the price is €3,500.
